Content Lead
Overview
Our client, a thriving e-commerce business within the fashion industry, is in the process of expanding into various markets in the Asia Pacific region including Hong Kong, China, Singapore, and Vietnam. They are currently in need of a skilled individual to take on the role of Content Lead. The primary focus of this position will be to strategically plan and create engaging content across different platforms including company websites, blogs, paid media, and various social media channels.
As the Content Lead, your key responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that adheres to the company's brand identity, target audience preferences, and overall business objectives. This role demands a fusion of creativity and data analysis, necessitating the generation of impactful content as well as monitoring its effectiveness in achieving our business targets.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and devise effective communication solutions.
- Craft a unified strategy across all communication channels to enhance brand visibility.
- Generate compelling content tailored for advertising purposes to meet defined business goals.
- Produce content across all communication channels to effectively convey individual narratives.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to integrate relevant insights into the content strategy.
- Strategize content initiatives aimed at acquiring new customers and optimizing return on investment (ROI).
- Work closely with the analytics team to assess content performance using key performance indicators.
- Engage in content-related projects with internal departments and external partners.
- Manage ad-hoc projects and ensure consistent user experiences across all channels through audits and quality checks related to language use, taxonomies, and style guidelines.
Requirements:
- Graduation with a Bachelor's degree alongside a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or copywriting.
- Proficiency in content writing and social media management.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese languages.
- Display a positive attitude, ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and adept at working independently.
- Excellent organizational and task management abilities.
