** About the Role**
We are in search of a talented CRM MarTech Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will report to the CRM Martech & Projects Director and will be instrumental in executing our CRM strategies, starting from business requirements to final implementation.
As a core member of the CRM team, the chosen candidate will collaborate closely with marketing, product, data, growth, and tech teams to drive meaningful engagements. The role offers the chance to work on CRM applications that significantly impact user engagement and retention, providing exposure to project management, growth strategy, and data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to establish CRM strategies improving customer experience and retention
- Analyze customer data and insights to guide campaigns and initiatives
- Lead the CRM function to oversee project development from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with development teams to estimate work efforts, define milestones, and manage resources
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders for scoping technical requirements and ensuring on-time project delivery
- Strong communication skills to update internal and external stakeholders on project status and key milestones effectively
- Assist in planning and quality assurance for various data tracking events and integration projects within product lines
- Maintain project documentation to ensure timely delivery and milestones
- Act as a communication bridge between internal teams and external vendors
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer data platforms (CDP) management in a Growth capacity
- Hands-on experience with CDP in retention, acquisition, experimentation, data visualization tools, and data warehouse contexts
- Proficiency in API requirements and liquid scripting for campaign automation and dynamic personalization
- Analytical skills to query and interpret complex datasets using SQL
- Ability to translate CRM requirements into Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
- Proficient in project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, always seeking innovative solutions independently

Penalty: Each AMA not completed will deduct $80 from the base compensation.
3. Community Growth
Task: Attract 100 genuine, legitimate new members to the official Telegram or Discord group monthly via a custom invitation link.
Penalty: Failure to reach the goal will deduct $50 from the base compensation.

4. Partnership Development
Task: Secure partnerships with crypto communities, marketing agencies, or influencers.
Reward: $100–$200 per signed partnership depending on scope and value.
5. KOL/KOC and Influencer Onboarding
