Token Metrics is in search of a proactive Chief of Staff to provide comprehensive support to our executives in administrative duties and strategic endeavors. The ideal candidate should possess more than 5 years of experience in strategic leadership, with a preference for previous Chief of Staff roles, and a solid foundation in venture capital. A strong grasp of crypto principles, exceptional communication skills, and adept project management capabilities are imperative. Prior involvement in FinTech or Web3 is a must. Key Responsibilities
- Support executives in overseeing daily operations, which includes managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling communications.
- Spearhead the development and implementation of strategies for finalizing crypto Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), using market insights and networking to secure investments.
- Conduct interviews with potential high-value plan candidates, evaluate their credentials, and smoothen the onboarding process.
- Edit and enhance content for TMV investor newsletters, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency with Token Metrics' branding and messaging.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, address operational obstacles, and propel continuous enhancement initiatives.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging technologies in the crypto sector to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of strategic leadership experience, preferably in a Chief of Staff capacity.
- Direct experience collaborating with Founders or CEOs.
- Prior involvement with venture funds is crucial.
- Proficient understanding of crypto concepts such as blockchain and Web3.
- Background in the FinTech or Web3 industry is necessary.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must.
- Demonstrated ability to execute tasks and meet deadlines efficiently in fast-paced settings.
