Crypto Chief of Staff (Morocco-remote)

Token Metrics is in search of a dynamic individual to fulfill the role of Chief of Staff, providing crucial support to executives in administrative duties and strategic projects. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of strategic leadership experience, particularly as a Chief of Staff, and a solid background in venture funds. Strong familiarity with crypto concepts, excellent communication skills, and proficient project management capabilities are imperative. Prior exposure to FinTech or Web3 is obligatory for this position. The role necessitates a self-driven and ethical individual who thrives in fast-paced settings and is open to occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support executives in overseeing day-to-day operations such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.
• Take charge of devising and executing strategies to finalize crypto SPVs with the help of market insights and networking to secure investments.
• Conduct interviews with potential VIP plan applicants, evaluate qualifications, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Edit and enhance content for TMV investor newsletters to guarantee accuracy, coherence, and adherence to Token Metrics' brand and messaging standards.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to streamline processes, tackle operational hurdles, and lead initiatives aimed at driving continuous improvements.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging technologies in the crypto realm to contribute insights into decision-making processes and strategic undertakings.

Essential Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in strategic leadership, preferably in a Chief of Staff capacity.
• Direct involvement in collaborating with Founders or CEOs.
• Prior engagement with venture funds is a must.
• Solid grasp of crypto concepts like blockchain and Web3.
• Background in the FinTech or Web3 sector.
• Superior communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and execute tasks in rapid-paced environments.
• Strong aptitude for process and project management with acute attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, analytical thinker capable of working both independently and in groups.
