Crypto Social Media Manager (Kuala Lampur -Remote)

Astra DAO is in search of a skilled individual to take up the role of managing social media activities on behalf of the company. The main responsibility of the Social Media Manager will involve developing a strong social media presence for our brands, executing advertising campaigns efficiently, and boosting engagement through the creation of high-quality unique content. Additionally, the candidate will also be tasked with liaising with influencers, interacting with the online community by addressing comments, and supervising customer service interactions across all social media platforms.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate a vast depth of relevant marketing experience and be proficient in creating and distributing all necessary technical documents whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute advertising campaigns on the organization's social media channels.
• Strategize and produce compelling written and visual content customized for each social media campaign.
• Sustain a frequent online visibility to enhance brand recognition and audience interaction.
• Monitor and uphold the company's brand image on social platforms.
• Collaborate with influencers to broaden brand outreach and influence.
• Provide prompt and polite responses to comments and inquiries on all social media profiles.
• Enhance Token Metrics social media profiles with a growth rate of 5% per month.
• Reach out to schedule interviews.
• Utilize graphic design tools such as Canva AI and Adobe to design visually captivating content for social media.
• Work closely with the product manager to share engaging visual narratives across various platforms.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience managing social media strategies and channels for brands or organizations.
• Immersed in the crypto sphere (Defi, Yield Farming, Staking, IDO/IEO).
• Demonstrated track record of working in cryptocurrency, web 3, and blockchain as a social media manager/content creator.
• Proficiency in devising and sharing content across diverse social media platforms.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and performance effectively.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
