Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and captivating individual to join our team as a UGC Content Creator focused on producing engaging short-form videos tailored for social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. As the face of our content, you will craft videos that entertain, educate, and captivate audiences within the crypto community.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish 5-10 UGC-style videos per week across various platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Serve as the main on-camera personality, delivering content related to crypto trends, tokens, and market updates.
• Develop concise scripts or talking points based on current trends or provided guidelines.
• Stay informed on platform trends, viral content formats, and engaging storytelling techniques.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Analyze performance metrics to enhance future content and optimize audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience creating UGC content with a strong portfolio showcasing work on TikTok, Reels, or Shorts.
• Comfortable presenting on camera with a relatable and natural delivery style.
• Proficient in short-form video storytelling techniques, pacing, and audience engagement strategies.
• Able to independently script, shoot, and edit videos using editing tools such as CapCut and InShot.
• Extensive knowledge and interest in crypto, Web3, NFTs, or financial education topics.
• Ability to craft content that blends education and entertainment to resonate with crypto-curious viewers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within the crypto, fintech, or investing niche is a plus.
• Familiarity with features and tools on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Understanding of fundamental marketing concepts including CTAs, audience segmentation, and brand voice.
• Experience utilizing analytics tools like TikTok Analytics and YouTube Studio for performance tracking.
