About The Role

As the Customer Growth Lead at Immutable, you will specialize in performance and growth marketing, collaborating closely with key game developer partners to implement and scale Immutable's growth initiatives.

In this role, you will craft growth strategies, conduct paid experiments, optimize acquisition funnels, and create scalable revenue-generating solutions for partners. This unique position allows you to impact growth, delivery, and innovation in the Web3 space, shaping player acquisition and retention strategies in this evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute growth strategies with gaming customers to enhance user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
  • Lead Web3-native growth experiments employing airdrops, digital assets, and community-driven narratives for impactful results.
  • Develop and refine performance marketing funnels across various platforms to optimize user engagement.
  • Create sustainable growth products for widespread deployment among various clients and applications.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams for seamless implementation of campaigns and product activations.
  • Utilize data analysis and experimentation to uncover new growth opportunities, validate hypotheses, and drive maximum ROI across all projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in high-performance environments like consulting, investment banking, or tech scale-ups.
  • Proven track record in growth or performance marketing with demonstrable results.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, funnel optimization, and user acquisition strategies.
  • Action-oriented mindset enabling rapid experimentation and efficient delivery.
  • Strong communication skills for effective presentation of strategies and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Genuine interest in gaming and Web3 technologies, as you will work at their convergence.
