About The Role
Immutable is in search of a talented Customer Growth Lead in Korea to drive the growth, engagement, and scalability of game studios on the Immutable platform. This role necessitates a high level of collaboration across growth, strategy, and execution. You will collaborate with studios to uncover growth opportunities, design data-informed experiments, and drive measurable outcomes in areas such as acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
We are seeking an individual who blends structured problem-solving with practical execution. Joining a dynamic global team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the next generation of games engages and retains players within the web3 ecosystem. If you excel in environments that prioritize analytical thinking, creativity, and speed, this role provides the opportunity to translate ideas into action and directly impact the success of our partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve measurable commercial outcomes for Korean partner studios.
- Identify key levers in acquisition, engagement, and monetization, designing cohesive experiments to test them.
- Transform insights from growth initiatives into frameworks and playbooks scalable across diverse markets.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams to drive player growth and enhance studio success.
- Provide guidance to studio leadership regarding go-to-market strategies, performance insights, and expansion opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key outcomes like MRR, retention, and conversion to guide future investments and priorities.
Requirements
- Strong strategic background, preferably with at least three years in top-tier consulting followed by hands-on experience in tech, startups, gaming, or digital environments.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and translate insights into strategic actions.
- Proficient in analytics, with a keen aptitude for interpreting data and business performance metrics.
- Proactive attitude towards achieving tangible outcomes in ambiguous settings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Korean and English.
- Genuine interest in gaming, digital ecosystems, and emerging technologies like web3.
Preferred Skills
- Prior exposure to web3, gaming, or digital assets would be advantageous.
- Experience in growth, performance marketing, or product experimentation.
- Familiarity with web3 ecosystems, NFT campaigns, or community-driven growth.
- Background in developing and scaling growth frameworks in high-growth environments.
- Exposure to cross-market initiatives across Asia or other global regions.
