We are seeking a seasoned Financial Crime Compliance professional to join our Screening Team, bringing strong expertise and dynamic leadership to the role.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of financial crime compliance, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements, providing guidance and leadership.
• Serve as a key point of contact for escalated name screening alerts and conduct advanced research on compliance risks, sharing findings with key stakeholders.
• Offer strategic advice on managing financial crime risks effectively, staying abreast of industry trends and developments.
• Assess and enhance compliance processes, providing expert guidance to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Review FCC-related risk profiles, propose strategic solutions, and influence compliance initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance/financial crime compliance, with prior team management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with banking operations, procedures, and systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications like ACAMS or ACFCS are advantageous.
• Proficiency in English with strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management and a proactive, results-driven approach.
