- Adhere to communication standards and guidelines
- Demonstrate dedication to customer engagement
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a related role
- Proficient in utilizing IT tools for professional purposes and handling technical queries
- Strong written communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency/blockchain industry is advantageous
- Fluency in more than one language is a plus
- Fluency in English
- Flexibility to work weekends, irregular hours, and night shifts
