Customer Service Representative - P2P (APAC)

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the frontline representative in the P2P market to handle customer disputes professionally
- Investigate trading activities to maintain marketplace integrity and detect fraudulent behavior
- Establish a customer-oriented culture and processes to meet business objectives effectively
- Utilize Customer Insight and Root Cause Analytics to suggest product enhancements and collaborate with stakeholders
- Advocate for customers within the organization and ensure their feedback influences business decisions
- Provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to team members for continuous improvement
- Conduct regular customer surveys to assess and enhance the overall customer experience
- Share insights gained from customer complaints across the organization and with external partners
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role or as a customer service representative
- Proficient in using IT tools for professional purposes and handling technical queries from customers
- Strong written communication skills and attentive listening ability
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and P2P payments is advantageous
- Must be fluent in English; multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Openness to working weekends, irregular hours, and night shifts
- Preferred experience as a Binance P2P user
- Additional languages beyond English would be beneficial for global coordination
