Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the frontline representative in the P2P market to handle customer disputes professionally
  • Investigate trading activities to maintain marketplace integrity and detect fraudulent behavior
  • Establish a customer-oriented culture and processes to meet business objectives effectively
  • Utilize Customer Insight and Root Cause Analytics to suggest product enhancements and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Advocate for customers within the organization and ensure their feedback influences business decisions
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to team members for continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular customer surveys to assess and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Share insights gained from customer complaints across the organization and with external partners

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role or as a customer service representative
  • Proficient in using IT tools for professional purposes and handling technical queries from customers
  • Strong written communication skills and attentive listening ability
  • Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and P2P payments is advantageous
  • Must be fluent in English; multilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Openness to working weekends, irregular hours, and night shifts
  • Preferred experience as a Binance P2P user
  • Additional languages beyond English would be beneficial for global coordination
