Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volumes of live chats and phone calls promptly
  • Assess and address customers’ needs effectively to ensure satisfaction
  • Offer precise, valid, and elaborate information
  • Handle complaints efficiently, present appropriate solutions within stipulated timeframes, and follow up for resolution
  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Ensure proactive engagement with customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of demonstrated customer-facing experience or as a customer service representative
  • Proficiency in IT for professional applications and adept at handling somewhat technical customer queries
  • Strong written communication skills and active listening capabilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency/blockchain sector is advantageous
  • Multi-lingual proficiency is a bonus
  • Flexibility to work weekends, irregular hours, including night shifts
  • Proficiency in English and Romanian is mandatory for effective coordination with global partners, stakeholders, and customers
