Crypto.com is on the lookout for a seasoned, licensed registered representative to bolster its operational securities expansion via Foris Capital. This remote role entails engaging with customers over the phone, email, and chat to address a variety of inquiries. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in equities trading, CRM systems, margin accounts, and options trading, in order to support customer needs and contribute to the company's ongoing learning and improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level customer service through various communication channels, striving for continuous enhancement in the customer service process.
  • Develop a deep understanding of equities trading, margin, and options, while improving the customer experience.

Requirements & Skills Needed

  • Must hold active FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses, with a minimum of 1 year of customer-facing brokerage experience within equities trading, margin accounts, and options trading.
  • While Series 24 and supervisory experience are advantageous, they are not mandatory.
  • Possess a clean regulatory record, with no Disclosure Events.
  • Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to build rapport swiftly and effectively with clients.
  • Self-driven individual with a desire for continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in front-end mobile trading applications.
  • Capacity to exercise independent judgment, adaptability to new tasks, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Display enthusiasm for fostering a customer-focused service culture.

The salary for this position ranges between $60,000 and $80,000 annually.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development, strategic partnership, and fundraising plans across Klein Labs’ business lines, driving revenue growth, partnership conversion, and capital introduction.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with exchanges, projects, DAOs, market makers, funds, family offices, HNWIs, and other key ecosystem participants.
Design and implement partnership models across market-making, OTC, treasury, ventures, and fund-related business lines to improve conversion efficiency and long-term value creation.
