Customer Service Specialist (VIP) - Portuguese/English
Binance, a global blockchain ecosystem and the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a customer service professional to handle queries from VIP, Institutional, and Affiliate customers on various topics, including derivatives. The role entails identifying customer needs, providing accurate information, resolving issues, analyzing product malfunctions, and gathering user feedback. The candidate must have at least 3 years of customer service experience, ideally in crypto, finance, or e-commerce, along with English and Mandarin proficiency for effective communication. Additionally, they should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be passionate about customer service, and be open to working different shifts. Knowledge of both spot and derivatives trading is beneficial. The ideal candidate should be confident, articulate, adept at multitasking, hardworking, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities:
- Handle diverse queries from VIP, Institutional, and Affiliate customers, including derivatives-related issues.
- Assess customer needs and provide satisfactory solutions.
- Offer accurate and comprehensive information, ensuring swift issue resolution.
- Foster VIP customer loyalty through exceptional service.
- Identify and report product malfunctions.
- Collect user feedback and share with relevant departments.
- Undertake any additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service within crypto, finance, or e-commerce.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
