Job Summary
Binance, a global blockchain ecosystem renowned for its cryptocurrency exchange, seeks a talented individual to spearhead the development and optimization of core algorithmic models in marketing contexts. By leveraging user behavior prediction, profiling techniques, ROI estimation, and traffic allocation strategies, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing marketing efficiency and conversion rates. Key responsibilities also include crafting precision marketing models, such as CTR/CVR prediction and LTV forecasting, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable growth through strategic algorithm deployment within Binance’s marketing domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop core algorithm models in marketing scenarios to enhance marketing efficiency and conversion rates.
- Create precision marketing models like CTR/CVR prediction, LTV forecasting, and channel attribution analysis based on user profiles, real-time behavioral data, and business objectives.
- Design data-driven strategies for user lifecycle management to optimize user growth and operational performance.
- Continuously track algorithm performance and validate models through methods like A/B testing, causal inference, and attribution analysis to drive ongoing iteration and business impact.
- Collaborate closely with data, product, and operations teams to implement algorithm solutions within marketing systems to support user growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with strong algorithmic and programming foundations.
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Machine Learning, or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Scala, Java) and familiarity with big data processing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Flink).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, commonly used models in marketing, and tools like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with SQL/Hive, experience in large-scale data cleaning, feature engineering, and model tuning.
- Deep comprehension of user growth, ad placement, and e-commerce marketing scenarios to align algorithm solutions with business goals.
- Clear logical thinking, ability to work independently, and strong collaboration and communication skills.

Monitor and analyze on-chain activity, market volatility, and ecosystem health to identify emerging threats.
Work closely with treasury, quant, and governance teams to ensure risk-adjusted strategies.
Establish and document risk policies and mitigation plans (both operational and token-economic).
Contribute to internal audits, compliance with applicable jurisdictions, and protocol transparency.
Engage with community and DAO contributors to maintain open risk communication

Have 3–5+ years in risk management, quantitative finance, or DeFi / crypto projects.
Know your way around DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, staking, on-chain analytics tools (Dune, Nansen, Arkham, etc.).
Understand tokenomics, smart contract audit principles, and treasury diversification strategies.
Feel at home reading Etherscan, analyzing TVL, and tracking wallet flows.
Communicate clearly, document well, and think both strategically and hands-on.
