The Role
Harnessing your expertise in designing and managing production systems, industry best practices, and collaborative teamwork, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the infrastructure, processes, tools, and standards that Digital Asset Engineers rely on daily for their development tasks. Your role will be instrumental in streamlining and ensuring the success of the organization.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of DevOps Engineering experience.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal clients for requirement gathering and providing production support.
- Proficiency in managing software development life cycle (SDLC) tools and utilizing agile methodology for delivery.
- Familiarity with managing CICD services like CircleCI and Azure Pipelines.
- Experience in handling various build tools such as Bazel, SBT, Gradle, and Mill.
- Skilled in managing cloud and container infrastructure using Google Cloud, Amazon AWS, Configuration Management tools, Linux, Docker, and Terraform.
- Experience in managing developer tooling including Nix and DirEnv.
- Strong scriptwriting abilities, especially in BASH and other languages.
- Ability to analyze current processes and automation pipelines critically, and suggest improvements for enhanced efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborative approach that embraces diverse perspectives and fosters teamwork as a strategic necessity.
- Effective and inclusive communicator across different groups, locations, and cultures.
- Demonstrated continuous growth mindset with a focus on innovation and intrapreneurial spirit.
- Confidence in convictions while being receptive to constructive feedback.
