We are in search of a motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. The main focus of this position is to oversee the marketing strategy for DevRel, ensuring alignment with the overarching goal of strengthening relationships with the developer community and enhancing their retention and satisfaction through effective campaigns.

If you excel at designing, planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing initiatives in a fast-paced setting, generating high-quality outcomes, then this position is perfect for you.

Responsibilities include devising strategic marketing and community engagement campaigns for developers in collaboration with various teams, executing marketing strategies across different channels, managing events tailored to DevRel, testing and enhancing marketing tactics for developer acquisition, overseeing creative asset creation with internal or external partners, conducting market research, managing email marketing and social media campaigns, growing developer communities on multiple platforms, analyzing campaign performance, keeping abreast of marketing trends, and managing paid campaigns across different platforms.

To thrive in this role, you should have at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, be open to travel for industry events and possess knowledge or experience in crypto/blockchain/FinTech sectors. Additionally, you need to be innovative, detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate strong research abilities, and showcase critical thinking skills.
