Description
You will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of landing pages for Google search keywords and paid ads, as well as handling creative requests from various teams within the Growth department. Collaboration with different teams will be essential to align content with Growth objectives and ensure optimal performance. Experience in social media channels and utilizing creative data analytics for decision-making will be beneficial. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical proficiency, and project management skills. The team operates on a remote-working basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for creating and optimizing landing pages for Google search keyword paid ads.
- Develop and manage a creative schedule to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage day-to-day creative requests from the Growth user acquisition, CRM, and campaign teams in line with campaign goals.
- Track and report on landing page performance using analytics tools.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and Growth Creative Director's vision.
- Collaborate with Growth Creative, development, and UA teams to enhance landing page effectiveness.
- Optimize content performance through creative data analytics and informed decision-making.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' strategies for refining content plans.
- Handle timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations across multiple projects.
- Efficiently manage available resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or related fields.
- 5-8 years of experience in project management.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital content creation and management.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and keyword optimization.
- Familiarity with handling creative requests from diverse marketing teams.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools.
- Creative data analytics skills are a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Effective multitasking and deadline management skills.
- Creative-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Understanding of SEO best practices.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Proficiency in overseeing creative campaigns from ideation to execution aligned with growth objectives and KPIs.
- Ability to utilize data analysis to inform creative strategies and campaign optimization.
- Skill in managing creative assets across various social channels maintaining brand consistency.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders like creative teams and external agencies.
- Agile approach to project management in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
