Director, Affiliates & Broker Relations
Seeking a talented individual to lead as the primary architect of a dynamic growth engine in the position of Director of Affiliates & Broker Relations. This role involves spearheading the expansion of our global reach through two distinct yet complementary realms: the swift-paced retail realm of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)/Affiliates and the technical arena of B2B Brokerage.
As a key leader, you must possess a unique combination of deep social understanding in the crypto sphere and a solid financial background. Your responsibilities will involve devising strategies to attract new users through elite content creators, while simultaneously establishing an API-driven infrastructure to empower fintechs and brokers to utilize our liquidity. Your role extends beyond mere partnership management; you are tasked with shaping the market presence and brand standing of a world-renowned leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global strategy to drive First-Time Users and trading volume across both Affiliate (Retail/KOL) and Broker (B2B/Institutional) channels.
- Design and enhance the Broker Program and Affiliate structures, ensuring competitive commission models, seamless API integration, and compelling value propositions.
- Oversee partnership incentives budget with a focus on delivering positive ROI from all deals, ranging from social media campaigns to institutional liquidity agreements.
- Lead the negotiation and finalization of intricate partnership agreements with top global media platforms, influential KOLs, and major financial intermediaries.
- Drive strategic relationships with B2B brokers, fintechs, and white-label partners to position our liquidity and infrastructure as the top choice for digital asset offerings.
- Uphold top-tier service standards for crucial partners, swiftly resolving technical or commercial challenges.
- Monitor social media trends and market shifts in the fintech landscape to adapt strategies proactively.
- Represent the company at international conferences and industry events to attract premium partners and brokers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years in Business Development, Partnerships, or Growth Marketing, with at least 4 years specifically in Crypto or Fintech sectors.
- Proven expertise in managing influencer networks and B2B/institutional broker relationships.
- Strong grasp of API integrations, liquidity provision, and blockchain ecosystems, with an ability to align technical aspects with business objectives.
- Broad network including prominent crypto influencers, media outlets, and industry decision-makers.
- Track record of scaling partnership programs to generate substantial revenue.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, adept at engaging with diverse audiences.
