Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Over 7 years of experience in growth marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing roles, demonstrating a successful track record in driving revenue and customer acquisition.
- Strong leadership and team management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels.
