Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative trading and financing solutions for diverse clients, ranging from crypto-native firms to Fortune 500 companies.
- Oversee the user experience of Prime Trade and Financing products.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and execute the product and technical vision and roadmap for Prime Engineering.
- Mentor engineering managers to nurture the next generation of senior engineering leaders.
- Cultivate a culture within the engineering team that reflects values such as open communication, collaboration, accountability, craftsmanship, and prioritization of client satisfaction.
Skills & Experience:

- Background as an engineering leader in financial services, with trade or financing experience preferred.
