Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage token market-making and exchange market-making activities to maintain consistent performance and ensure liquidity provision.
- Guide and support trading teams, nurturing a collaborative, innovative, and high-achieving work culture.
- Establish team objectives, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Drive research efforts to explore new opportunities and optimize existing trading strategies.
- Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers and developers to improve trading models and infrastructure.
- Oversee day-to-day trading operations, including risk management and performance evaluation.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in quantitative trading, with at least 2 years specifically in cryptocurrency trading.
- History of success in high-frequency trading and market-making environments.
- In-depth knowledge of token market-making and exchange market-making business strategies.
- Proficiency in crypto market dynamics, trading platforms, and APIs.
- Proven ability to lead trading teams, including performance evaluation, mentorship, and resource management.
- Strong decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to analyze complex data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
