As the Director for driving organic growth within the cryptocurrency sector, your primary focus will be optimizing SEO strategies to enhance organic performance on the web. Leading the execution of SEO initiatives, you will collaborate with various teams to increase visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the implementation of the crypto SEO strategy in alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Supervise content planning to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated across organic content projects.
- Coordinate digital PR activities to fortify brand authority and organic visibility.
- Work closely with the Technical SEO Manager to ensure the seamless implementation of technical SEO practices.
- Provide data-driven insights and performance reports to guide optimization strategies effectively.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate SEO considerations into site development and content schemas.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and evolving best practices to remain competitive.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in SEO, with a preference for experience in diverse global markets.
- Proficiency in on-page SEO technical aspects and the ability to collaborate with technical teams effectively.
- Knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals, including site architecture, crawlability, and structured data.
- Experience utilizing SEO tools, such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven experience working in dynamic, data-centric environments.
