Role Overview

As the Ecosystem Partner Integration Engineer at Story, you will assume the crucial role of being the technical expert and liaison for our ecosystem partners. Your primary responsibilities initially involve managing partner interactions, providing integration support, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. Over time, there is potential for this position to evolve into a strategic forward-deployed engineer role, deeply engaging with key partners to understand their needs proactively and co-create tailored solutions to enhance the Story ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Immediate Partner Support & Onboarding: Serve as the primary contact for partner queries, assisting them with onboarding and initial integration with Story.
• Forward-Deployed Engineering (Long-Term): Collaborate directly with key partners to address technical challenges, offering solutions that optimize their use of the Story platform.
• Product Consultation: Offer high-level product guidance aligned with partners' objectives and Story's roadmap to enhance partner integration and success.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Developer Relations teams to ensure a cohesive approach in addressing partner needs effectively.

Requirements

• Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals and hands-on experience with web technologies like TypeScript and React, with familiarity in Web3 & Solidity being advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrated capability to discern and address partner requirements, innovate solutions, and explore new possibilities.
• Relationship-Driven Approach: Ability to cultivate trust and durable relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, establishing credibility as a dependable technical advisor.
