We are seeking a proactive team player to join our software development team focused on venture projects related to our core businesses. You will play a key role in designing and enhancing software components for scalable applications, spanning from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Engage in ongoing learning initiatives
- Foster innovation through collaborative idea generation
- Apply strategic problem-solving techniques
- Lead the development and maintenance of vital tools for internal use and client-facing applications
- Collaborate with various departments on process streamlining and compliance standards adherence
- Spearhead the implementation of technical enhancements to meet business requirements
Collaborative Projects and Partnerships:
- Facilitate customer onboarding workflows and continuous KYC functionality
- Enhance marketing and CRM toolset for the Compliance team
- Boost performance in crypto deposits and withdrawals for the Growth team
- Address UI/UX design and business needs for the Blockchain/Payments team
- Partner with technical and non-technical teams to deliver top-tier features
- Refine internal tooling in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Primary Requirements:
- Proficiency in end-to-end web application development
- Proficient in at least one backend language
- Deep understanding of a modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Git workflow and testing methodologies
- Effective English communication skills
- Desired experience in account auditing and teaching technical skills
- Exposure to functional programming, DevOps, or SRE practices
