What we’re looking for:
We are in need of a skilled Email Marketing Director to support our Email Marketing Team. The Email Marketing Director will play a crucial role in overseeing the strategy, development, and execution of high-quality Email Marketing campaigns for both always-on and local emails. This position will report to the Global Head of Email Marketing and collaborate closely with various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and have a solid understanding of the crypto industry.
Top responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global email marketing strategy for always-on emails across customer segments.
- Manage the roadmap and testing agenda for always-on emails to enhance performance.
- Supervise email marketing campaigns from start to finish, including strategy, testing, optimizations, monitoring, and analysis.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Collaborate with local market teams to provide guidance on local market email strategy.
- Work across departments to maintain brand consistency in email communication.
- Elevate the quality of creative assets for email marketing efforts.
You’d be a great fit if you have the following skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Email Marketing, CRM, or related roles.
- Strong leadership background with at least 3 years of team management experience.
- Prior experience in the crypto industry with knowledge of trading and exchanges.
- Proficient in creative storytelling focusing on email content.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
