About Role:
Oversee the establishment and management of the internal trading desk, handling over $20M in stablecoin liquidity, and enhancing yields through efficient strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design operational workflows, tools, and controls for the trading desk.
- Develop and execute algorithms for liquidity-provision, arbitrage, and market-making strategies.
- Manage over $20M in stablecoins, optimizing deployment for ROI and minimal slippage.
- Create real-time monitoring systems, risk frameworks, and P&L tracking.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate APIs, smart contracts, and on-chain data.
- Recruit, mentor, and oversee traders and analysts.
- Provide concise performance updates to leadership and LPs.
Experience
- At least 2 years on a prop or institutional trading desk, with a preference for crypto experience.
- Demonstrated track record in arbitrage or liquidity provision.
- Extensive knowledge of DeFi/AMM and expertise in on-chain execution.
- Experience managing pools worth multi-million dollars.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Python/TypeScript for strategy development and integration.
- Knowledge in on-chain analytics or smart contract operations.
- Exposure to multi-chain DeFi environments.
