**Team
As a Quant Developer at B2C2, you will collaborate with experienced traders and skilled tech professionals to design and enhance strategies and products. The team focuses on various Crypto products, including Spot, CFDs, Futures, Perps, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance trading systems
- Develop new trading strategies
- Monitor and analyze trading performance using systematic tools and dashboards
- Implement automation and simplification processes
Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in developing front office trading system components
- Proficiency in system design principles
- Experience with latency investigation and optimization
- Previous work involving FX, Crypto, or Equity products
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, SQL, Rust)
- Strong mathematical background
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in pricing and trading strategies
- Knowledge of quantitative research and machine learning
- Expertise in low latency mechanisms
