Responsibilities:
Joining Circle as an Executive Business Partner will involve offering direct support to multiple C-Suite executives by administering busy schedules, delivering administrative assistance, and managing ad hoc projects and event arrangements. Success in this role hinges on swift and precise task execution, adept multitasking amidst high-demand situations, and handling sensitive data discreetly and professionally. The role necessitates intuitive and reliable support, with the capacity to preempt and tackle requirements proactively, enabling executives to concentrate on crucial business affairs amid the company's rapid growth trajectory.
Tasks at Hand:
- Skillfully managing executive calendars, encompassing dynamic rescheduling and coordinating various engagements such as calls, meetings, and events
- Serving as a liaison for executives and teams, comprehending organization priorities internally and externally for seamless communication
- Collaborating closely with the Administration team to arrange management meetings, offer backup support, and coordinate travel logistics when needed
- Providing aid in special projects, communication tasks, email organization, and meeting documentation as requested
- Facilitating intricate international and domestic travel arrangements for individuals and groups, managing transportation, accommodation, dining, and related details, where familiarity with travel documentation like passports and visas is advantageous

Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience supporting C-Suite executives over at least 4 years
- Diligence in detail-oriented tasks with proficient organizational and critical thinking skills
- Competence in autonomously handling tasks in ambiguous settings, managing concurrent duties under tight deadlines, adjusting priorities, showing resourcefulness, and maintaining a resilient attitude
- Track record of managing confidential data with the utmost discretion
- Ability to initiate work independently, adept at managing upwards
- Intuitive and proactive in anticipating others' requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication competencies, effective collaboration with diverse personalities, and receptive to feedback
- Capability to operate effectively in a remote work environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally for conference logistics, team meetings, and company events
- Proficiency in Mac OS, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office, coupled with an aptitude for swift learning of new software and systems

Remuneration will be determined based on factors like relevant experience, skill sets, qualifications, and operational necessities. Compensation structures may vary by location.
Base Salary Range: $102,500 - $137,500
Annual Bonus Aim: 12.5%
