Executive Producer, LiveOps

You will be instrumental in managing various digital collectibles platforms, such as Disney Pinnacle, NBA Top Shot, and NFL All Day, all of which are at the forefront of leveraging innovative technology. Operating within a dynamic, high-paced setting, your role will involve engaging a global audience and pushing boundaries in the realms of blockchain and entertainment.
We are in search of a skilled and forward-thinking Executive Producer to oversee our LiveOps operations. The role entails managing the ongoing functionality, development, and success of our live games and digital collectibles. The ideal candidate should possess a strong product-oriented mindset while also demonstrating the ability to handle budgeting, profit and loss, and driving marketing endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a holistic LiveOps strategy to enhance user engagement, retention, and revenue generation.
- Supervise daily operations of live games and NFT projects to ensure smooth execution and a consistent flow of fresh content.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to align LiveOps initiatives with the overall product roadmap.
- Identify and prioritize features, events, and updates that stimulate growth and enhance user experience.
- Manage and optimize LiveOps budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial parameters and timely.
- Conduct P&L analyses, refining strategies to boost profitability and meet business objectives.
- Lead interdisciplinary teams, including product managers, developers, designers, and marketers, to deliver top-notch LiveOps content.
- Mentor and cultivate team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote LiveOps events, new content releases, and community engagement.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure campaigns resonate with target audiences and amplify brand visibility.
- Utilize analytics and player feedback to refine LiveOps strategies and drive insightful decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and adjust tactics as needed.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in the gaming industry, specializing in LiveOps, product management, or related areas.
- Demonstrated success in managing live games or digital products, particularly within the gaming, collectibles, or NFT sectors.
- Proficiency in budgeting, profit and loss management, and financial analysis.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and overseeing large-scale projects from concept to execution.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex strategies and ideas to diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Enthusiasm for gaming, collectibles, and emerging technologies such as NFTs.
