Responsibilities:

• Actively seek new international and local partnerships
• Utilize strong business acumen to negotiate and onboard partners successfully
• Manage relationships with Fiat partners, negotiate terms, and establish appropriate channels
• Take full ownership of the regional fiat business, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Cultivate strong ties with banks, payment partners, and oversee regulatory matters
• Supervise and optimize Fiat operations for consistent and exceptional service
• Lead initiatives for local fiat and new user growth, as well as business development activities
• Stay engaged with industry and competitor trends to enhance product, marketing, and operational strategies

Requirements:

• Experience in Business Development and Sales
• Data-driven mindset with an understanding of marketing and operational metrics
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented approach
• Deep passion for cryptocurrencies and digital assets
• Previous experience within FinTech, Payments, Crypto, or Web 3 companies preferred
• Proficiency in English and Spanish for effective communication with global partners and stakeholders
