Responsibilities:

Joining our Finance Operations team, the Finance Operations Manager at Circle will play a crucial role in spearheading the design, optimization, and management of finance transformation projects to support the company's growth and evolution. Working closely with Finance and cross-functional teams, you will drive the design and implementation of finance transformation, automation, streamlining of finance processes, international expansion, and product roadmap alignment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading project management and implementation of finance transformation initiatives, such as ERP system integration and process automation.
  • Collaborating with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and FP&A teams to enhance core finance processes.
  • Managing change efforts, including documentation and training on new finance systems and processes to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams like Product to ensure financial readiness for new initiatives and global expansions.
  • Assisting in scaling finance processes and system architecture to align with company growth and product strategy.
  • Supporting the development and enhancement of project management methodologies and tools for efficient finance operations initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant areas like Accounting, Finance, Business, or Computer Information Systems (CIS).
  • 7+ years of experience in finance operations, transformation, or a related field.
  • Strong grasp of finance operations, internal controls, financial systems, and processes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement across all business levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership, change management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with proficiency in managing multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.

Additional Information:

  • This role may qualify for day-one PERM sponsorship for eligible candidates.
  • Compensatory factors considered: experience, skills, qualifications, as well as business needs.
  • Total Compensation: $130,000-170,000 (Base Pay Range) + Annual Bonus Target: 15%.
  • Additional benefits offered: Equity, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Discretionary vacation, 10 paid sick leaves/year, 11 paid holidays/year in the U.S.
