With the first federally chartered crypto bank in the US, Anchorage Digital provides institutions with secure custody, compliance with regulations, a wide range of products, and exceptional client service. We are looking to expand our team with individuals who are humble, creative, and eager to learn.

We have a globally distributed team that embraces remote work, but we also offer the option of working from our beautiful offices in New York City, Sioux Falls, Porto, Lisbon, and Singapore. For those who are not located near our offices, we organize quarterly in-person collaboration days to promote team cohesiveness and collaboration.

We are currently seeking a Financial Systems and Data Analytics Lead who will be responsible for collaborating across functions to develop and maintain systems that address the needs of financial data analytics and process automation. This role includes tasks such as internal tool development, implementing third-party tools, and finding data analytics and reporting solutions to automate accounting entries, reconciliations, month-end close processes, impairment and mark-to-market calculations for crypto activities, and key financial reports. Working closely with teams like accounting, FP&A, and HR, the individual in this role will help enhance the accounting organization's control environment, support the company's growth, and prepare for a successful IPO.

The Financial Systems and Data Analytics Lead role involves a wide range of data analytics projects and governance responsibilities, supporting accurate and timely reporting and the completion of the annual financial audit. This role also offers the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders from various departments such as Engineering, Data Platform, and Data Governance, tackle ad-hoc data analytics projects, and provide insights and recommendations for business strategy and financial analysis.
