Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.Solid knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data analysis and automation.Experience building dashboards or visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools.Understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing, and data modeling techniques.Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with Web3, blockchain metrics, on-chain data, and crypto ecosystems is a strong advantage.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver on deadlines.Good written and spoken English.
