Description
Prosper is at the forefront of innovating the tokenization of institutional-grade Bitcoin mining power, aiming to create the largest DAO-owned Bitcoin miner and Bitcoin treasury.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Web3 to become part of the Prosper team. You will have a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing new features and enhancements for Prosper's decentralized application (dApp).
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a diverse team to plan, design, and deploy new features and dApps for Prosper’s protocol.
- Develop and optimize high-quality, secure code including integrations with smart contracts and other on-chain data and services.
- Integrate blockchain technology with front-end and back-end systems.
- Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure top-quality standards are met.
- Monitor technical performance of the dApp, troubleshoot production issues, and make enhancements and fixes.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments in blockchain and related technologies.
Requirements/Skill Sets:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Engineer working on Web3 projects, preferably within DeFi. Experience with Web2 applications and startups is also considered.
- Familiarity with blockchain technologies such as Ethereum (Solidity) and Solana (Rust).
- Strong knowledge of Web3 libraries and tools like web3.js, ethers.js, IPFS, MetaMask, and various token standards.
- Experience in front-end development using modern frameworks like React/Next.js.
- Familiarity with back-end technologies including Node.js, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Figma, Slack, and Notion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and a genuine interest in tokenized Real-World Assets (RWA).
- Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members worldwide.
- Motivated, with a keen willingness to learn and adapt quickly to changes in the evolving landscape of Web3 and shifting business requirements.
