Full Stack Engineer - Mainapp Team

Join a dynamic team dedicated to designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing software for new fiat wallet projects. As a Full-stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing scalable applications, spanning from front-end UI to back-end infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on providing seamless on/off ramp options for multiple currency rails across various countries. The ideal candidate will work closely with a lean team to fast-track these projects that complement our core business endeavors.

Responsibilities

• Engage in full-stack development, contribute to architectural decisions, collaborate on designs, conduct design and code reviews, and implement products bridging the gap between fiat and crypto environments.
• Create prototypes for innovative fiat payment network or platform concepts proposed by you and the team.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, explore new technologies, and experiment with different solutions.
• Solve complex issues within large-scale back-end infrastructure and web platforms and document code and functionalities accordingly.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to enhance the technology stack for sustainable engineering initiatives.

Requirements

• Passionate about building top-notch products to address real-world challenges and adept with diverse technologies.
• Self-motivated with a quick learning ability and a proactive attitude toward task completion.
• Open to new ideas, eager to enhance existing solutions, and capable of navigating conflicting requirements from varied stakeholders.
• Knowledge of financial domains and Blockchain technology is advantageous.
• Proficient in handling scalability, security, and performance aspects.
• Essential experience in web front-end development, particularly with React.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, Redux, Zustand, and React Query.
• Proficiency in server-side programming languages like Ruby on Rails and Golang.
• Understanding of global payment systems is a significant bonus.
