About The Role
As a Game Partnership Lead, you will take charge of fostering partnerships with key game developers working with Immutable. Collaborating closely with the Immutable Games team, you will help developers shape and execute their strategies in web3 gaming. Your responsibilities will involve translating game concepts into successful implementations and spearheading advancements in web3 games. Building and sustaining enduring relationships with external game studios will be a crucial aspect of your role.
Success in this role hinges on your proficient stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Collaborating with various teams at Immutable, you will coordinate resources, prioritize projects, and ensure alignment to overcome obstacles and achieve common objectives.
Serving as the lead for multiple game partnerships, your role will be diverse, from advising on blockchain integration to working with the marketing team on go-to-market plans. Each day will present fresh challenges and opportunities.
You’ll Be Empowered To:
- Own and nurture relationships with external game teams, fostering long-term partnerships
- Offer strategic recommendations and pinpoint growth opportunities informed by market trends, new ecosystem possibilities, and web3 innovations
- Address issues and troubleshoot challenges that arise during projects
- Collaborate with producers to define milestones, manage budgets, and deliver compelling products to market timely and within budget
- Advocate for projects and secure internal resources essential for fulfilling Immutable’s commitments to partners
- Stimulate internal alignment, collaboration, and consistent goal delivery across teams
- Analyze and report on partnership performance to senior leadership
- Establish standardized processes for partner engagement, encompassing timelines, checklists, and tools
- Ascertain trends and opportunities within the web3 gaming landscape effectively
We'd Love You To Bring:
- Experience in project or account management with proficiency in leading end-to-end projects, employing various project management tools, ensuring workstream cohesion, and meeting milestones
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills in identifying relevant stakeholders and employing influencing strategies
- Strong ability to establish rapport and trust, promoting mutually beneficial scenarios leading to project success
- Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external partners, deliver clear and structured communications, and cultivate relationships effectively
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing new challenges, finding solutions, managing issues from inception to resolution, and adapting to ambiguity
- Understanding of web2 and web3 game player motivations, market movements, and trends to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations
