Gaming Recruiter
Are you a Tech Recruiter well-versed in Tech, Geek, and Games jargon? If so, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at a cutting-edge Blockchain Metaverse Studio and prominent Blockchain P2E & NFT launchpads globally. With a track record of successfully launching over 50 projects, we require a Gaming Recruiter on a remote basis to aid in the development of a top-tier AAA Open World RPG Web3 game and facilitate the launch of additional projects through our premier p2e incubator.
Responsibilities:
We are in need of an experienced gaming recruiter to identify and recruit qualified candidates to fill various positions within our game development studios, covering roles in Engineering, Game Design, Art, Animation, Production, among others as necessary. Collaboration with hiring managers is crucial to guide the candidate hiring process, involving tasks such as formulating new job descriptions, sourcing and building a candidate pipeline, administering candidate assessments, conducting interviews, assessing candidates for suitability, coordinating interview schedules, and finalizing job offers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit suitable candidates for open roles in our game development teams.
- Actively participate in various recruiting events and stay current with industry trends.
- Source candidates creatively to fulfill talent requirements effectively.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry contacts, agencies, and other talent sources.
Qualifications:
We are in a phase of rapid expansion, with a proactive approach to talent acquisition and teamwork at the forefront. The ideal candidate is versatile, adaptive to changing priorities, and fosters collaborative partnerships with colleagues and hiring managers to achieve success.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- Desirable to have at least 3 years of in-house recruitment experience in game development or creative studio environments (games, animation, VFX).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in maintaining daily work documentation in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Effective judgment and decision-making skills.
- Innovative, flexible, and collaborative team player.
