We seek a Graduate Algorithmic Trader proficient in Python coding and keen on hft, liquidity provision, and crypto trading. At Wintermute, you will manage your trading area independently from the outset. You will have the chance to craft your trading algorithms and strategies while benefiting from guidance from seasoned traders and developers. Main Responsibilities

Upon initial training, your role will involve enhancing existing strategies, introducing new trading products, and improving trading system technology. Analyzing extensive trading data, interpreting insights, prioritizing them, and developing solutions based on findings will be key tasks. You can anticipate immediate contributions to revenue and are encouraged to innovate new approaches and ideas.

Required Skills

• Proficient in Python coding with 1-3 years of experience
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Curiosity and eagerness to understand algorithmic, high-frequency, quantitative, and liquidity provision trading
• Deep interest and curiosity in blockchain, crypto, and DeFi trends
