About OKX Graduate Program (Supernova)

The Supernova Program is a 3-year career accelerator that aims to fast-track high-performing graduates into becoming technical experts and future leaders. This program focuses primarily on Product Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design. We believe in harnessing the potential of the younger generation to drive progress in the crypto industry. Join us and create your narrative in the world of crypto.

As a graduate Product Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the core OKX app, which serves millions of daily active users. Working collaboratively with design, product, and engineering teams, you will identify customer needs and deliver high-quality new features through rapid iterations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and product design to understand user requirements and develop solutions.
• Identify business trends and new industry demands, design financial product functions, and oversee the entire process from conception to launch.
• Enhance product competitiveness and user experience through data analysis, market research, and other strategies.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Business Development teams to ensure a successful product launch and ongoing improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or self-taught enthusiast.
• Strong logical thinking, teamwork, and effective communication skills. Able to coordinate resources, solve problems, and achieve goals in collaboration with different departments.
• Passionate about blockchain technology, Web3, and the financial industry.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and possess a product owner mindset.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience as a product manager intern, preferably in a renowned tech or fintech company.
• Experience in the investment field, particularly in digital currencies.
