We are seeking a Graduate Quantitative Researcher to join us in Summer 2026. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative and coding skills, particularly in Python. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in advancing our quantitative business by exploring a range of technologies (CeFi, DeFi) and trading products (spot, derivatives, ETPs, etc.). Collaborating with researchers, traders, and developers, you will aid in creating trading strategies and enhancing existing algorithmic trading operations under the mentorship of experienced professionals. This position affords substantial independence and responsibility from the outset, offering unparalleled learning opportunities devoid of legacy systems or corporate red tape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to enhancing high-frequency trading strategies.
- Utilize statistical methods to develop short-term signals across various trading products and technologies.
- Lead research initiatives to refine signals and optimize parameters through extensive backtesting.
- Analyze historical market data at the tick level to identify trading patterns and opportunities.
- Conduct simulations and model markets for both liquid and illiquid assets.
- Enhance and maintain supporting infrastructure using Python.
Required Skills:
- A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, with advanced Python coding proficiency.
- Experience and in-depth understanding of statistics and probability theory.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts.
Quant Trader Track:
- Background in market making, including signal design and high-frequency/mid-frequency trading strategies.
Quant Research Track:
- Experience in developing machine learning algorithms, establishing automated pipelines for testing, implementing version control systems, and visualizing training procedures.
Desired Skills:
- Proven track record in global mathematics, Kaggle, and programming competitions.
- Familiarity with C++ and a deep grasp of Machine Learning techniques.
