Description
Position Summary:** Our company, Grayscale Investments, is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer who has both a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of using art and design to represent a brand. This individual should be an expert in design and capable of developing and executing designs that align with our brand's strategic vision.
Responsibilities:
- Use strategic thinking to create design solutions that support our marketing goals and enhance our brand identity.
- Manage the entire design process, from conceptualization to final output, including ideation, prototyping, and production.
- Apply strategic thinking to create new creative ideas that contribute to a comprehensive brand system.
- Transform complex concepts into visually compelling designs that meet our creative needs.
- Establish and uphold design standards and policies to ensure consistent, high-quality branding.
- Ensure that all design materials adhere to industry regulations and ethical standards, especially in advertising.
- Produce various types of visual content, including print materials, billboards, digital designs, storyboards, animations, infographics, pitch decks, and report covers.
Prior Experience/Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field.
- Have 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a graphic design role.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficient in Figma.
- Display exceptional creativity and a comprehensive understanding of branding and marketing principles.
- Demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills, including branding, digital, and print.
- Possess experience in leading and completing complex design projects with tight deadlines.
- Have excellent communication skills to effectively explain design concepts and strategies.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Be able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
