Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth campaigns focused on user acquisition, engagement, and reactivation.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in growth marketing.
- Previous experience in the cryptocurrency, fintech, or finance industry.
- Proficiency in growth marketing metrics and data analysis.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency industry, blockchain technology, and digital wallets.
- Experience with data analysis tools like Tableau.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven problem-solving approach.
- Detail-oriented and capable of conveying campaign mechanics clearly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
