Growth Creative Copywriter

We are in search of an experienced and innovative copywriter to join our Growth Creative Team at Crypto.com. As a key member collaborating with the Creative Director, you will be responsible for creating captivating digital content for various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design, stay updated on digital trends, and be skilled at transforming ideas into visually appealing materials. This role provides the flexibility of remote work, enabling effective collaboration from any location.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging digital content across multiple platforms including social media, websites, video, email, and in-app channels.
• Tailor content for various advertising platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.
• Collaborate with the Growth team, including Acquisition, CRM, and Data Analytic teams, to craft effective copywriting strategies.
• Conduct research and generate creative concepts to produce compelling messages targeted at specific audiences.
• Create personalized and segmented content for different customer segments to drive engagement and conversions.
• Write content in diverse formats including push notifications, emails, blogs, and other digital channels.
• Lead creativity and maintain quality in collaboration with the Project Manager and Creative team.
• Monitor trends and news to identify content opportunities.
• Gather feedback from internal teams to validate content.
• Ensure consistency and excellence in all written materials.
• Own projects from ideation to delivery, in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with precision.
• Utilize AI tools to develop visually compelling content.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in fintech/blockchain content writing.
• Proficient in crafting impactful copy.
• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Copywriter with a strong portfolio in crypto industry, product descriptions, CRM content, and ad campaigns.
• Thorough understanding of the crypto landscape, including cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, industry trends, and audience interests.
• Proficiency in writing for diverse channels and formats, adapting tone and style to each channel.
• Ability to develop strategic copywriting approaches in line with campaign goals.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute effective campaigns.
• Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Skilled in crafting long-form, narrative-driven content for CRM campaigns.
• Ability to create engaging, customer-centric copy that generates action.
