Growth Creative Copywriter

We are looking for a seasoned and imaginative copywriter to be a part of the Growth Creative Team at Crypto.com. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Creative Director to create captivating and visually appealing digital content across various platforms. The ideal candidate must have a strong sense of design aesthetics, a good grasp of digital social trends, and the ability to transform concepts into engaging visuals. You will need experience with AI tools and will have the flexibility to work remotely, enabling efficient collaboration from any location.

Responsibilities

• Generate innovative and captivating content for digital platforms like social media, websites, videos, emails, and in-app content.
• Proficiency in content creation for different ad platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.
• Collaborate with different teams such as Acquisition, CRM, and Data Analytics to develop effective copywriting solutions.
• Conduct research and brainstorm ideas to craft engaging messages for the target audience.
• Tailor personalized messaging for diverse customer segments to enhance engagement and conversions.
• Write content in various styles like push notifications, emails, blogs, and short-form and long-form content for digital channels.
• Lead creativity and ensure excellence by collaborating with the Project Manager and Creative team.
• Stay updated on current trends and news to identify content opportunities.
• Gather feedback and validate content with internal teams.
• Maintain quality and consistency in all written materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment, meeting deadlines with precision.
• Use AI tools to create compelling visuals and content.

Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in fintech/blockchain content writing.
• Proficient in crafting impactful writing.
• Demonstrated expertise as a Senior Copywriter with a robust portfolio in the crypto industry, encompassing product descriptions, CRM content, and advertising campaigns.
• Comprehensive understanding of the crypto landscape, including cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, market trends, and audience preferences.
• Ability to write effectively for diverse channels and formats like social media, websites, emails, push notifications, and in-app communications.
• Aptitude for developing strategic copywriting approaches aligned with business objectives and campaign goals.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams like designers, product managers, and CRM specialists to execute effective campaigns.
• Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance for optimizing copy and messaging.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and open to feedback and adaptation.
• Proficiency in crafting narrative-driven content for CRM campaigns such as email sequences, onboarding flows, and customer nurturing programs.
• Proven competency in developing customer-centric copy that drives desired actions by building emotional connections through storytelling.
