However, blockchain applications are still struggling to enter the mainstream market, and one of the biggest obstacles is the complicated/cumbersome user experience.

We are looking for candidates with passion in crypto industry and experience in growth marketing, ideally with full stack marketing skill set. The successful candidate will be flexible and comfortable with market fluctuation, and proactive in learning and growing.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Web3 Growth Hacker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the crypto industry and a proven track record in managing successful events and community engagement programs.
What you’ll be excited to do here
- Ideate, build, test, iterate, and optimize growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations across web and native-app growth channels.
- Manage and grow strategic marketing partner relationships, channel experimentation, audience messaging, and spend accountability
- Constantly work on new channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth.
- Keep abreast of the latest crypto and blockchain landscape, leverage new emerging channels and conduct targeted market research to pinpoint growth opportunities within web3 communities overseas
- Analyze customer feedback to provide actionable insights
- Work closely with the wider marketing team and collaborate with different functions (e.g. Product, Community & Social Media, Developer Relations, BD) for comprehensive campaign rollouts
Qualifications
- Experience in managing a wide range of growth tactics.
- Successful history in developing and executing demand generation and pipeline-building marketing programs including paid ads, email, events, and partnerships.
- Data-driven mindset and are comfortable using data to define goals, make decisions and measure the impact
- 5+ years of growth / acquisition marketing experience gained in digital-driven business (FinTech / payment/ blockchain / cryptocurrency / NFT-related being a big PLUS)
- Great organization and project management skills; ability to manage multiple and changing priorities under tight deadlines in a busy, evolving, fast-paced environment
- Strong team player who can incorporate input from others and can generate consensus through inclusion.
- Good sense of ownership with an execution-oriented mindset, are an inventive problem solver, have a high level of accountability and emotional intelligence.
- Knowledge in crypto communities and culture, with a focus on content strategy and content creation
- Near-native verbal and written communication skills; business English fluency is a must
