The Challenge:
We are seeking a Growth Lead to drive user acquisition and retention within the virtual ecosystem of Decentraland. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for crafting and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various channels. Your role involves creating landing pages, funnels, and conducting A/B tests to effectively convert clicks into engaged in-world users. Emphasis will be placed on in-world user growth rather than superficial metrics. Additionally, you will explore referral, affiliate, and ambassador programs, identify partnership opportunities, and enhance successful growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, launch, and enhance ad campaigns focused on new user acquisition and retention.
- Develop and test landing pages and funnels to maximize conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B tests on various elements to improve performance continually.
- Propose and test partnership ideas to drive growth.
- Manage affiliate, referral, and ambassador programs to broaden outreach.
- Maintain a pipeline of growth experiments, document findings, and translate successful strategies into repeatable processes.
