Growth Lead, Pakistan
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Growth Lead who is data-driven and entrepreneurial to oversee user acquisition, engagement, and brand expansion activities for our company in Pakistan. This role is pivotal for the region, demanding a thorough understanding of the local market, robust analytical skills, and a proven track record in high-paced internet or fintech settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Lead to devise and implement tailored growth strategies focused on the Pakistan market to meet global business objectives and regional OKRs.
Spearhead the planning and execution of region-specific product campaigns, growth experiments, and user lifecycle programs across web and app platforms to drive tangible user growth and enhance conversion rates.
Take charge of optimizing growth across all channels, comprising but not limited to paid acquisition, KOL & Influencer Marketing, offline marketing, O2O strategies, organic & community initiatives, and localizing global marketing campaigns for the Pakistani audience.
Analyze data and user feedback continuously to assess campaign performance, refine strategies, elevate ROI, and enhance user experience.
Pioneer the exploration and implementation of new channels, creatives, and growth tactics to fuel additional acquisition and engagement.
Lead and nurture a proficient local growth team while fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in growth, marketing, or user acquisition, ideally within an internet/tech company or fast-paced fintech environment.
In-depth knowledge of the Pakistan market, its digital landscape, user behavior, regulatory framework, and growth avenues.
Demonstrated proficiency in omnichannel growth strategies, with practical involvement in paid ads, KOL/influencer marketing, offline activations, and O2O growth methods.
Strong familiarity with the fintech sector, and preferably previous experience in the crypto/blockchain industry.
Track record of driving user growth and managing performance marketing budgets effectively.
Data-driven mindset with robust analytical abilities, proficiency in working with dashboards, attribution models, and growth experimentation frameworks.
Experience in team building and management, displaying a hands-on leadership style.
Execution-focused attitude, along with the determination and agility to accomplish tasks in resource-constrained environments.
Exceptional coordination, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
Fluent in English, with proficiency in Urdu considered a valuable asset.
