About the Opportunity
The Growth Manager - MENA will drive growth strategies for OKX in the MENA region and contribute to overall growth planning.
Responsibilities Include:
Crafting and executing tailored growth strategies for the MENA market, focusing on market penetration and user base expansion through data-driven insights.
Managing diverse growth plans across digital marketing, content creation, SEO/ASO, campaigns, social media, and offline activations to align product decisions and marketing messages with the target audience.
Enhancing the acquisition-to-retention funnel to increase revenue growth.
Collaborating with various teams to meet growth targets, implementing data-driven tactics for optimal outcomes.
Conducting market and user research to identify opportunities and challenges in the MENA region for OKX.
Optimizing channel spending to achieve growth targets, using testing frameworks, growth experiments, and performance data analysis for effective strategies.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies for market expansion and user base growth.
Proficiency in multi-channel marketing, including digital, SEO/ASO, social media, and offline activities.
Strong capabilities in using testing frameworks, growth experiments, and data analysis.
Experience in data analysis, strategic growth identification, and marketing optimization.
Understanding of the entire user funnel and revenue growth importance beyond acquisition.
Prior exposure to the crypto industry in MENA.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in English and Arabic.

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven KOL Business Development to drive user growth and enhance brand visibility for our exchange. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, projects, and strategic partners to promote our platform.
- Identify and build relationships with local KOLs/influencers/, communities, projects, and other potential partners to promote the exchange in order to achieve user growth.
- As a representative of the exchange, to build and maintain a good relationship with KOLs and marketing channels to achieve long-term partnership
- Be responsible for the execution and performance of KOL marketing strategy, track and analyze results, and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with local industry developments trends, conduct market research and create strategies when required

Operation Executive (Data Analytics)

About the Role:
Bitcastle is looking to hire a Japanese-speaking Operations Executive (Data Analytics) to support our Crypto/Forex business operations with a strong focus on data analytics, transaction monitoring, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate data reporting, assist in fraud detection, and facilitate smooth transactions between business development (BD), customer support (CS), and the tech team. This role will be fully remote.
- Provide data support to business teams by analyzing user/customer data, transaction records, and P&L reports.
- Perform SQL queries and maintain data accuracy in Google Sheets.
- Monitor transactions, verify legitimacy, and determine fund withdrawal eligibility.
- Collaborate with CS, BD, and Development teams to resolve transaction-related issues.
- Liaise between BD and Development teams for smart contract execution after client investments.
Requirements:
- Japanese language proficiency (mandatory).
- 1+ year of experience in data analytics, operations, or trading support (Crypto/FX preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trading data, P&L statements, and transaction logs.
- Experience in fraud monitoring, transaction checks, or trading operations is a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with CS, BD, and Tech teams.
- Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Forex and Crypto.
- Good to have knowledge in SQL
