Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's marketing and growth strategy in alignment with overarching business objectives.
Create and oversee a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plan encompassing digital marketing, PR, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, and offline activation.
Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the impact of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
Take charge of user communication, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints and customizing strategies for different user segments.
Manage the entire user lifecycle process, implementing acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies to expand the user base.
Ensure regulatory compliance within marketing strategies to capitalize on potential opportunities while remaining compliant.
Qualifications
Prior experience in Marketing/Growth in the Crypto industry.
Outstanding English communication skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate teams, partners, and investors.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and digital assets.
Proficient in project management or equivalent experience.
Fluency in at least one European language.
Desired Attributes
Experience working with a crypto exchange.
Proficiency in communicating with local regulators, public agencies, and governmental bodies.
