Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's marketing and growth strategy in alignment with overarching business objectives.

• Create and oversee a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plan encompassing digital marketing, PR, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, and offline activation.

• Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the impact of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies to meet objectives.

• Take charge of user communication, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints and customizing strategies for different user segments.

• Manage the entire user lifecycle process, implementing acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies to expand the user base.

• Ensure regulatory compliance within marketing strategies to capitalize on potential opportunities while remaining compliant.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Marketing/Growth in the Crypto industry.

• Outstanding English communication skills.

• Ability to inspire and motivate teams, partners, and investors.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset.

• Enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and digital assets.

• Proficient in project management or equivalent experience.

• Fluency in at least one European language.
